In an effort to support healthcare providers in providing the best care to their patients, the Centre for Effective Practice, in partnership with the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario, Ontario Pharmacists’ Association and Ontario College of Family Physicians have prepared a toolkit of materials regarding influenza immunization.
In August, POCKET members received a draft electronic version of this toolkit. We were seeking its feedback regarding content and design and would like to take this opportunity to thank POCKET members for their comments. This feedback was incorporated into the final version of the materials that was mailed to all family physicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists in Ontario earlier this month.
