Do you or your organization have a project opportunity for the POCKET Network?
1. Should an individual POCKET member be interested in using the EI network for a project that does not involve other POCKET members, approval from the Steering Committee is required.
2. An individual organization outside POCKET interested in using the EI network will have to formally approach the Steering Committee submitting the project request template provided by POCKET, and will need to include a clear outline of the intendid use of the POCKET network. A sponsor from within POCKET Steering Committee is needed in these situations.
3. Should the Committee decide to assist the external organization in communicating with EIs, this should be done through direct communication from POCKET to the EI network.
No mailing list will be provided to external organizations
The external organization will be responsible for the project funding entirely; it will also cover any costs associated with initial communication with EIs through POCKET.
4. It is necessary for any of the abovementioned partnerships that a Project Request Template is filled out and submitted to the POCKET Steering Committee.
